Keila Duarte is an attorney who graduated from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), specializing in Private International Law. Her academic training is complemented by a strong international outlook: she was an exchange student at Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia), ranked as the country’s top institution, where she deepened her studies in intellectual property, copyright, and law & technology. She also participated in a program at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) on TRHA in Latin America, enriching her regional legal perspective. She currently develops her practice in the private sector, focusing on new technologies applied to law, image rights, intellectual property, and legal issues related to the digital and internet environment.
In the emerging field of Fashion Law, Keila has undertaken programs at Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina) and will soon join the Fashion Institute of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, thus consolidating her specialization at the intersection of law, innovation, and creativity.
