Fabiana Quaini Attorney  
Member of the LGBT Bar Family Law Institute. Member of The Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. She wrote books concerning international child abduction and several articles in international family law published in main law databases and magazines.
Admitted to the La Plata Bar Association 1985, Buenos Aires Bar Association 1985, Mendoza Bar Association 2001, Argentina. Listed in Reunite, in the US Embassy lawyer list, in French Consulate, U.K. attorney list Argentina, and many other Consulates. In August 2019, she received the Annual Leading Practitioners Award,  LGBT Bar in Philadelphia. Referral in Italy for ONLUS Senza Frontiere for adoptions under The Hague convention, 1993. She writes for Microjuris, La Ley, Thomson Reuters and international editorial publishers. She participated in 2017 and in 2023 in the Seven and Eighth Meeting of the Special Commission on the Practical Operation of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention and the 1996 Child Protection Convention in The Hague. German PereiraGermán Pereira Dos Santos
Lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires – School of Law, in 1997, with a specialization in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Corporate Law.
He worked in multinational companies within their legal departments (Alpargatas Calzados S.A. – Legal Department – Alpargatas S.A.I.C. – Board of Directors – Holding Legal Advisory).
He completed a postgraduate degree at the University of Palermo in 2007, specializing in Corruption in Public Administration, Criminal Enforcement, and Comparative Legal Systems.
He was Professor of Criminal Procedural Law at the University of Business and Social Sciences during the 2000/2002 academic period.
Author of the legal doctrine article titled “The Abusive Use of the Private Legal Entity as a New Criminal Offense”, published in La Ley / Year XXI / No. 41 / Buenos Aires, October 12, 2005. Former Member of the Argentine Association of Procedural Law.
He headed the Criminal Law and Economic Criminal Law Departments in several renowned law firms. He represented parties in major cases, such as the De La Rúa, Autopista Illia, Comedores GCBA, Escuelas GCBA, and the Finsoport v. Guillermo Moreno, Abuse of Authority case, among many others.
In 2015, he served as Advisor to the Council of the Magistracy of the City of Buenos Aires – Basterra Unit.
He is currently in charge of the Criminal Law Department of this firm, with extensive experience in complex criminal defenses, international restitutions, kidnapping, drug trafficking, and fraud. He handles proceedings before the courts of the Province of Buenos Aires, the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the Criminal and Correctional Justice, Federal Criminal and Correctional Court of Appeals, Oral Criminal Courts (Ordinary and Federal), as well as before the Federal Economic Criminal Court, the distinguished Chamber of Criminal Cassation, and the Supreme Court of Justice of Argentina.
He has an intermediate level of proficiency in English and French.

  

Keila Duarte

Keila Duarte is an attorney who graduated from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), specializing in Private International Law. Her academic training is complemented by a strong international outlook: she was an exchange student at Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia), ranked as the country’s top institution, where she deepened her studies in intellectual property, copyright, and law & technology. She also participated in a program at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) on TRHA in Latin America, enriching her regional legal perspective. She currently develops her practice in the private sector, focusing on new technologies applied to law, image rights, intellectual property, and legal issues related to the digital and internet environment.
In the emerging field of Fashion Law, Keila has undertaken programs at Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina) and will soon join the Fashion Institute of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, thus consolidating her specialization at the intersection of law, innovation, and creativity. She has authored legal articles on contemporary issues such as the development of law in the metaverse, while also maintaining an academic interest in the classical foundations of law, reflected in her publications on Roman Law.
With an interdisciplinary approach, solid international training, and a strong focus on legal innovation, she represents a new generation of lawyers committed to adapting the law to the challenges of the present and the future. Languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese.
